Last but not least….the hospital.

I know they are valuable but I can never stop thinking that the hospital isn’t as “sterile” as it should be. With all the sick people hacking up nasty fluids and surgeries going on non-stop…it makes me a little queasy. I know that is what the hospital is for…I just don’t prefer being there.

Weird smells, depressing vibe, and the stench of Clorox makes for a very unpleasant experience. Plus, if someone you know is there….it makes the entire trip even harder to deal with.

I am just reading through this and realizing how depressing this post is…wow…anyways…hospitals make me angry…

Finished up “Pop Goes The Church” this afternoon and let me tell you….it is definitely worth the read.

Well researched, thought through, and very applicable. Tim Stevens brings out some incredible cultural examples wrapped in deep spiritual truth. If you consider yourself connected through a church, you should read this book.

For some it will serve as a wake up call, for others it will royally tick you off, for me…it reinforced things I believe wholeheartedly, and made me more confident that you can leverage culture within the local church.

Pop Goes The Church will make you laugh, cry, and become inspired.

That’s worth reading… isn’t it?

I finally received my Xbox 360, returned and repaired. For those of you that don’t know…Microsoft has been very unreliable when it comes to gaming hardware. Apparently, thousands of system are infected with the “three rings of death”. The Fed Ex guy told my wife he had 7 more systems on his truck with the exact same problem.

When this happens, three red rings around the xbox power button flash continuously, letting you know there is a massive hardware failure.

Fortunately, Microsoft repairs these problems for free. My system has been gone for 2+ weeks and all I get for the downtime is a free one month membership to Xbox Live…

Long live Nintendo….

Okay, so I have already posted about this place before….so rather than explaining it all again, just go there and read it for yourself.

My wife and I are about to embark on another journey…ewww..
